Tikal Palenque Mayan Ruins

Tikal Palenque Mayan Ruins

These are photos of the Mayan ruins at Palenque, Mexico and Tikal, Guatemala, which were taken in the spring of 2008 on my travels through Central America of that year. Tikal costs the traveler more than $20 to enter, while Palenque only costs $4.50 to enter the archaeology park and another $2 to enter the nature reserve that the park is located in. If you enter Tikal after 3 PM you can also get in the next day.

  1. Carhartt did see this. We're unfortunately not in the market for spokespeople, but we certainly appreciate the kind words. Thanks for wearing our stuff, and travel safe.
